The busy summer and holiday period is approaching, so now is a good time to check that your website has everything customers need.

A few things worth reviewing:

• Add your Christmas and New Year opening hours.
• Let customers know about any closure periods or expected response delays.
• Check that your phone number, email address and service area are current.
• Publish your website once you have finished making changes.

Clear, current information helps customers know what to expect and reduces unnecessary enquiries while you’re away.

This gives visitors a quick and convenient way to contact your business without needing to scroll through the page. It’s particularly useful for service businesses that want to turn more website visits into enquiries.

Open your website in Dazzly and visit Design & Layout to try the new option (#4 in the dropdown). Once you’ve selected your preferred layout, remember to publish your website to make the change live.
