This guide will take you through each step on how to connect your Dazzly Email Account to your device. If you don't yet have an Email Account, please get in touch and we can help set you up.

Connect with Microsoft Outlook (Laptop/Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook and add a new account

    Firstly, open Outlook and open the main menu (the button at the top left). Click the Add new account button and you should see a screen like below.

    You may need to select 'Manual account setup' if it does not connect automatically.

  2. Select 'Exchange' as the account type

    If Outlook asks for an Account type, select 'Exchange'.

    Choose 'Exchange' if prompted for email account type.

  3. Enter your password and try automatic setup

    When prompted Outlook will ask for your email account password and then attempt automatic setup. If this is successful then your account should be good to go! If not, see further steps below.

    Select 'Change Account Settings' for manual setup.

    If Outlook was unable to connect automatically you may need to enter the settings manually.

    • Your name: [enter the name you want others to see]

    • E-mail Address: [enter the email address you got from Dazzly]

    • Mail server: outlook.mail.us-west-2.awsapps.com

    • User name: [enter the Username you got from Dazzly]

    • Password: [enter the password associated with the email account]

Connect with Microsoft Outlook (Android/Mobile)

  1. Open Outlook and add a new account

    Firstly, open Outlook and open the main menu (the button at the top left). Click the + button and you should see a screen like below.

    Choose 'Add an account'.

  2. Enter the email address

    Enter the email address associated with your Dazzly email account.

  3. Select 'Exchange' as the account type

    If Outlook asks for an Account type, select 'Exchange'.

    Choose 'Exchange' if prompted for email account type.

  4. Enter your password and try automatic setup

    When prompted Outlook will ask for your email account password and then attempt automatic setup. If this is successful then your account should be good to go! If not, see further steps below.

    If Outlook was unable to connect automatically you may need to enter the settings manually.

    • Domain: [leave empty]

    • User name: [enter the email address you got from Dazzly]

    • Password: [enter the password associated with the email account]

    • Server: mobile.mail.us-west-2.awsapps.com

Connect with Microsoft Outlook (iOS/iphone)

  1. Open Outlook and add a new account

    Firstly, open Outlook and open the main menu (the button at the top left) and you should see a screen like below.

    Tap 'Add Email Account'.

  2. Enter the email address

    Enter the email address associated with your Dazzly email account.

    Enter your email address and press the Add Account button.

  3. Select 'Exchange' as the account type

    If Outlook asks for an Account type, select 'Exchange'.

    Choose 'Exchange' if prompted for email account type.

  4. Enter email account details

    Outlook may then show you a screen like below. Enter the details like so:

    • Email Address: [enter the email address you got from Dazzly]

    • Server: mobile.mail.us-west-2.awsapps.com

    • User name: [enter the email address you got from Dazzly]

    Enter the details and press the Sign In button.

Connect to web mail

  1. Login using the link from Dazzly

    Firstly, open your internet browser and enter the web mail link we sent you from Dazzly. It should look like https://[yourcompany].awsapps.com/mail

    Enter the Username and Password associated with your email account and then click 'Sign In'.
